Tia Mowry Is doing great despite her divorce Cory Hardrict. On October 17, the actor, 44, attended Elle’s Women in Hollywood gala in Los Angeles. Entertainment Tonight An update on her progress. “I’m doing fantastic. I am doing great. I feel very blessed, I feel very honored to be here,” She spoke. “I am all about women empowerment, and supporting women.”

Addressing her recent divorce filing, Mowry added, “I have to be honest with you, I am so overwhelmed by the love and support I’ve received. I’m so grateful of the community and the fans that I have. I’m all about inspiring and encouraging, and the DMs that I’ve gotten from so many women who are going through the same thing . . . it has just been [amazing]. I feel so blessed.”

On Nov. 16, Mowry She shared another update regarding her divorce during an appearance at “”Today With Hoda & Jenna“” revealing the moment she realized she had to part with her husband. Hardrict. “I knew when I really started to focus on my happiness,” Mowry said. “I feel like women, we tend to focus on everybody else’s happiness . . . but at the end of the day, it’s about self-love. And when you start to really work on yourself, love yourself, know your value, know your worth, then, all of a sudden, there’s this awakening.”

Mowry added that therapy, the death of her grandmother, and Alaina Housley — her sister’s, Tamera Mowry-Housley, niece who was killed in a 2018 mass shooting in Thousand Oaks, CA — also contributed to her “aha” Moment to focus on her “peace, joy, and happiness.” “It’s not easy,” She continued. “It’s a hard journey but, at the end of the day, I feel like it is so, so worth it.”

The “Family Reunion” Star concluded her revelation calling her marriage “a” “success,” It was a bittersweet ending. “I look at it as a curriculum . . . you’re learning, you’re growing, you’re evolving, you’re creating, and I was able to create with Cory some beautiful, amazing children,” She shared. “And at the end of that curriculum, there’s a graduation, there’s a celebration. So that’s basically how I’m looking at it now.”

Mowry And Hardrict43-year old Judith married in 2008 and has two children, Cairo (4 years) and Cree (1 year). “They are doing amazing,” Mowry ET was told by her about how her children are adapting. “Cairo, she is so wonderful. She’s awesome . . . and they’re all so happy. And that means the world to me, my children.”

October 5, Mowry-Housley shared a message to support her sister during her separation. “I love her dearly,” Mowry-Housley stated on “Today With Hoda & Jenna.” “She is strong, but I know right now she kind of just wants to, you know, just kind of process it all, take it all in, and be a little private about that. And as a sister, you know, I’m just going to respect that.”

In a Nov. 15 interview with ET, Mowry-Housley stated that her sister is still in good health. “I told her, I said, ‘Tia, I’m looking on your Instagram, this is the happiest you’ve been in a long time. You are glowing!'” She remembered. “‘You look different, but in a very positive way!’ I think it’s because — no, I know it’s because she is living her authentic, true self. And I think that is what everyone should do. And it’s not easy! That’s the thing, it’s scary.”

Los Angeles court documents obtained by POPSUGAR from Sept. 30 were filed in Los Angeles Mowry Cite “irreconcilable differences” This was her reason for splitting from Hardrict.
